Traditional copyright isn't right for everyone. Whether it be the inherent flaws it's carried since inception or the way it's been twisted over the years, there are certainly reasons not to copyright your work. Luckily there's an alternative - Creative Commons. The "copyleft" movement known as creative commons (or CC) will allow you to specify exactly what people can and can not do with your work.
